My beginnings in Manta
My story here began when my brother founded Bogaz in April 2023: a custom furniture and interior design company. In May 2024, he invited me to join him. Even though my background is in communications and graphic design, I embraced the opportunity and moved to Manta with my wife, son, and pets.
I’m grateful to him for introducing me to this world, where I gained invaluable experience designing and furnishing homes for foreigners who chose Manta as their new home.
I had a revelation
Over time, I discovered something important: while I truly enjoyed creating beautiful spaces, I realized my skills and experience could help newcomers in many other ways. Moving to a new place is about much more than furniture, it’s about feeling at home.
As someone who relocated to Manta myself, I understand the challenges of adapting to a new city. And I’m Ecuadorian, I speak Spanish, yet even for me, it took time. Beyond setting up a home, there’s all the logistics: contracts, utilities, trusted services, cultural differences. I can only imagine how much harder it must be for someone from another country who speaks only English, in a place where not everyone does.
Diplomacy runs in my veins
That’s why I created The Bridge, to help you navigate every aspect of your relocation to Manta. Not just furniture and décor, but the full picture: reliable contacts, cultural guidance, essential services, and practical solutions. Most importantly, you’ll have someone who genuinely cares about your well‑being and will make sure things get done.

Why me
I learned early that helping people navigate new territories isn't just a job - it's a calling. My communication degree and travels around the world, taught me that everyone's transition story is unique: when people are far from home, small acts of kindness make a huge difference. Now I use those skills to help foreigners build their bridge from arrival to belonging here in Manta.
